MEET STARLA KIZZAR 

Starla has been in the mortgage industry for two decades with knowledge and experience in just about every aspect – first closing and title, then mortgage. Currently, she works the Disclosure Desk and as a backup Closer. Being driven to work hard as well as detail-oriented comes in handy as she reviews all documents, websites and fee quotes provided by vendors to disclose a more accurate Loan Estimate to borrowers. 

Always one to jump at the chance to help others, Starla also has the ability to step in and help the Closers when needed. 

When time allows, Starla hopes to obtain her originator’s license and get back to helping families get into their homes.  

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT STARLA 

Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Starla moved to Colorado when she was 18. She loves all there is to do here including hiking, biking, and skiing, especially when she’s with her husband, two boys, family, and friends.  

If not enjoying the great Colorado outdoors, Starla is running to soccer practice or games, play-dates, trips to the park, birthday parties or planning game nights at home with the family. 

When she has time for herself, she enjoys yoga, late night Netflix, and her newest passion, baking. Oh, and she LOVES to dance (especially Salsa and Swing)! 

Currently, Starla’s best friend is battling cancer and is a constant source of inspiration as she navigates this difficult journey. Slow to complain, quick to see the good in every situation, and still makes time to help others and be an amazing mom and friend. Everyday, she makes Starla want to be better than she was the day before.  

HERE ARE A FEW MORE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT STARLA 

Starla is known for her patience, empathy and strong desire to help others. The only thing that brings her more joy is her husband and two healthy, happy boys. 

She likes the Broncos and got married on the beaches of Mexico.
