MEET SHANNA LANDIN

With 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industries and as a CPA, Shanna brings an unparalleled level of expertise to her role as a loan officer. Success has accompanied her throughout her career including academic honors throughout high school and college, becoming Controller of a multi-million dollar firm at age 27 and running her own consulting company for 13 years. Her varied experience in several areas of finance allows her to offer an informed, full-service approach to addressing her clients’ needs; her detail-oriented and “math geek” tendencies ensure that those needs are met accurately and efficiently.
But Shanna is anything but “all business”. She loves to laugh, hum, smile and dance, is drawn to acts of kindness, will always cheer on the underdog, is a great friend and truly enjoys her job.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SHANNA

Originally from Shawnee, Oklahoma, Shanna has traveled the world with her career including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Australia and Greece (to name a few) and has been to the majority of our 50 United States. She loves being exposed to other cultures and communities and the creativity it requires to adapt tasks and processes professionally, but also the adventures it provides personally.

When not making sure her clients have the best possible loan experience, you will find Shanna hanging out with her kids, playing tennis, golfing, bowling or skiing. She also enjoys walking Pumpkin (her Boxer), playing games of all sorts with her family and drinking cocktails with girlfriends. She even has a Qualified Mixologist Degree so if a closing celebration is needed, she can cover that aspect as well.

Shanna is a DIY junkie (her significant other was shocked at how much garage space her tools take up!) and loves country music. She leans to the energetic side, has no problem with spontaneity and takes pride in her nerdish tendencies.

She is inspired by and strives to be like her grandmother – strong, giving and not afraid to speak her opinion and truly believes what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
