MEET COLIN HART

Thriving on referrals from clients and colleagues, Colin has been working successfully as a mortgage lender for over 2 decades. Not only a licensed Mortgage Originator, Colin is also a licensed Financial Advisor. This equips him to look at his clients’ situation with a much deeper understanding of how purchasing a home can affect their lives.

Additionally, he has been a Certified Mortgage Lender (CML) through the Colorado Mortgage Lender Association (CMLA) and has taught “Mortgage Lender 101”, a college accredited course for the CMLA at the Community College of Aurora at the Lowry Campus.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT COLIN

Being both a Mortgage professional and a Financial Advisor, many of Colin’s past clients are welcome to and often reach out to him with questions regarding money or finances. They value his opinion and he finds it fulfilling to be able to help.

Although Colin finds it highly rewarding to help individuals and families realize their dream of owning a home, he is most proud of his children. He hopes to be able to give them the tools to be successful in their own lives, and for he and his wife (who is French) to enjoy more opportunities to travel. His boys have dual citizenship and they visit France often, but they also enjoy beach and mountain destinations.

HERE ARE A FEW MORE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT COLIN

Spending time with immediate as well as extended family is a high priority for Colin and they see each other regularly. Whether big events and holidays, or a casual meet-up for a quick bite, family ties are important to him.

In his free time, Colin enjoys watching the Broncos as well attending plays and musicals. He is a donor at the Parker Arts Center and has a passion for Children’s Museums, often planning trips around visiting various locations around the country. (He would tell you the best one is in Indianapolis.)
