MEET CATHY KEADY

With extensive experience as both a Realtor and a loan officer, Cathy offers her clients a unique perspective and an ability to approach her business from multiple angles. This not only equips her to research and pursue a variety of solutions but also contributes to her great success with loan completion.

As a Realtor, she was the top salesperson in her office and loved it. But with a family and four children, she found the long weekend hours challenging. She now loves the new challenges provided by being a loan officer and the opportunities it provides for the creativity and collaboration often needed to make loans happen. She works closely with her husband Tim and daughter Darcy, both of whom are Realtors and she is counting on retiring someday with a great sense of accomplishment and wonderful memories.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CATHY

Cathy is most inspired by her husband who has been a Realtor for many years and holds a reputation for honesty and integrity. He has encouraged and pushed her to reach her full potential and partnered with her to raise four successful and happy kids.

When not helping her clients’ home ownership dreams come true, you will find Cathy enjoying concerts (Adele and Bruno Mars are her current favorites), hiking, biking, boating on Lake Chatfield or Netflix binging. She also enjoys a good historical fiction novel or thriller. She loves to travel – especially to the beaches of Mexico – attend live theater, or cheer on the Broncos and Rockies.

HERE ARE A FEW MORE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CATHY

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Cathy’s family is from New Orleans, so Mardi Gras is a frequent event.
She has a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Regis College and worked for years as a CASA representative for abused children in the judicial court.

Words Cathy lives by: “If we can just be respectful of others, then we can expect the same in return.” And, “No matter how difficult life can be, we all have something to be grateful for.”
