Investmint Terms & Conditions


The goal of this program is to empower all of you to help you give back to your community and to create an impact beyond a simple financial donation.



This program is open to all active employees of The Mortgage Co.



Eligible entities include non-profit 501(c)(3)s and other organizations like churches, places of worship and religious entities. All charitable organizations will be vetted by The Denver Foundation prior to a project being approved and the initial money awarded.



The program runs from January 14, 2022 – November 1, 2022

By choosing to participate in the program, you will be given $1,000 to either engage with a charitable organization of your choice (this can be absolutely any charitable organization that is special to you or is a cause that you care about) OR to “pay it forward” and add to a team member’s charity and plan. Note that if you choose to participate, the grant will be only awarded after the “big check” photo has been submitted, with a deadline of January 28th, 2022.



Prizes Awarded

There will be 3 prize levels. The fourth place prize may be awarded to multiple winners. Prize levels one through three will be awarded to different winners, however, fourth place, the social media award, could also be awarded to multiple winners including a winner from first through third place. Cash prizes are in the form of a grant made payable directly to the charitable organization. The person who has won will be given credit for the donation and be responsible for delivery of the payment to their respective charitable organization.


Procedure for Employees who may leave TMC

If an employee leaves The Mortgage Co., prior to completing the contest, the project will be turned over to another TMC employee chosen by Dave Landin, and the original employee will forfeit the right to any prizes or recognition of the project.
