MEET KIMBERLY SANTISTEVAN
A Colorado Native (from Arvada), Kimberly loves to be outside, preferably playing sports and hanging out with family and friends. She plays both flag and women’s tackle football, so she’s often at practice or traveling with her team. She also enjoys camping and fishing
The tenacity required for the sports she plays is also part of her role as an Appraisal Administrator for TMC. She has mad negotiating skills (has been known to talk a penguin into buying pants) and brings creativity, organization, a strong will, and practical, quick thinking to her job. She really wants to understand HMDA and eventually obtain her Loan Officer license.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT KIMBERLY
Kimberly has a Bachelors Degree in Project Management and one of her biggest accomplishments was finishing her degree while working full time and balancing time with family and football. Not one to sit idle, Kimberly is known for taking on new projects or a new adventure.
She likes to travel and has ventured as far as Australia when she was on the Junior Track Team.
HERE ARE A FEW MORE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT KIMBERLY
She loves all Colorado sports teams and attending games when she can. She also likes trying new food from different cultures and putting her feet up with a good book once in a while. If she turns on the TV, it’s usually The Discovery Channel or HGTV. If music, it can be just about anything but the screaming rock kind you can’t understand.
She’s inspired by a pineapple because they stand tall, wear a crown and are sweet on the inside.
Words Kimberly lives by: “If something is scary, it’s probably worth it.” And, “The best thing you can do for yourself is to learn to be your own cheerleader.”
